Booking policy
We reply to every inquiry as soon as we can; response times depend on event volume and scheduling. For events more than a month out, we may send a preliminary quote and follow up closer to the date. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking — orders are confirmed once details are finalized and payment is received. For anything urgent, message @aliyas.chai on Instagram.
